I realized that I was so tight in my upper back, secondary to my neck injury a long time ago; additionally, I was also stressed. Working with Melissa I realized and consciously got my concept of rib cage breathing ( intercostal) and abdominal activation. She is a master and professional pilates teacher who can listen well to clients and make the right decisions on problem-solving. After several years of working with Melissa, I decided to get into her Core3Pilates program for Advanced teacher training.
